1. Subscription Details
mapdap offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features:
- mapdap Premium (Monthly): $9.99 per month.
- mapdap Founding Member (Annual): $49.99 per year. Annual subscribers also receive an exclusive Founding Member badge.
Both plans give you access to the same set of premium perks; the only difference between them is the Founding Member badge granted to annual subscribers.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
2. No Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for the current billing period.
To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID account settings.
3. Managing Subscriptions via Apple App Store
Our subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store. Billing inquiries, cancellations, and refund requests (where available) must be directed to Apple.
To manage your subscription or request a refund from Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to manage.
- Use the options to cancel or modify your subscription.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have the ability to process refunds for transactions made through the App Store.
